Hey Community,
First off I want to apologize for my absence. I should have let the community know the direction CA is going and where my head is at in all of this when I found out, but summers are normally busier for me then the actually school year. I will try to make this brief.
ESL: ESL is looking to support CA in their own way, I do not like the direction ESL was going with no league support system and just running cups every week. With this said the admins from the EU division will be merging with NA and working on setting up cups/league/ladders to see if the new Merge will help the competitive community. If you are still looking to compete keep your eyes on the ESL website for future updates on tournaments and other events.
CAGL: CAGL will be shutting down due to the amount of work put into the website by myself and the lack of support I had from the community/staff. This is nothing against the players that pitched in to help or against the community. I am simply saying I was trying to do almost everything by myself and the second I would leave any situation it would go to hell. With this said CAGL will not be running anything for awhile. With this said when the school year starts up in August I might have free time to come back and help ESL and keep CAGL going for the kicks and giggles, but do not expect to much. With this said from what I can tell WOGL has rumored to come back in September, so as I said keep your eyes open on ESL and WOGL.
Luke: As many of you know I am a Mechanical Engineer and this summer I started a full time summer internship. The work has been brutal and I work all day. Also as many of you know I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend of 3 years this next semester. This is the first summer we have been able to live in the same area, so each night is spent with her. Basically I am saying I had to make a choice between CAGL and the love of my life. The reason I have said this is because I barley had time to even be on a computer. I know some people have seen me playing on steam occasionally, but it is normally dirty bomb with my older brother or another game late at night to ease my mind before I go to sleep. I want to apologize for anyone I have ignored and welcome anyone to talk to me at anytime and I will do my best to respond. Please understand I did not mean to upset the community, I just had other priorities that were more important.
Thank you to all the players who helped me along the way and for the community for being respectful and participating. I hope there are no hard feelings and look forward to hoping back in to helping once August starts.
Shoutout to Tyler, Jeff, Brady, and Brady for being a huge help.
