Understand PNGs are a way to award members of the community for their accomplishments, while there is speculation when to give out PNGs and when not to. CAGL will give out PNGs 1. When promised by and admin (even if the community believes it is unfair) 2. Upon winning any competition whether on AC or off 3. When a member does something exceptional for the community.
Some people might say "HeY I will JUst TOTALLY Dl those hacks to win A PNG, SO not cool they WErent on client!!". The issue here is PNG is a little picture to excite the community to grow stronger as players and it is in the eyes of the viewer how you see that award. If you see any award as invalid because they "weren't on AC" then do not hold it in any regard. If the players hack and receive a PNG they will eventually be caught and every PNG they earned gone with them. If you want to hurt yourself and risk being caught to win a little picture... well that is sad. We will do our best to have fair friendly competitions. Goodluck to all in future competitions.
