CAGL Community,
I was thinking of hosting a small CTF Cup this Saturday 4/18/2015 at 7EST. This would be another intro tournament with strict set on AC and MOSS, but to give players another opportunity to figure out the system. I will not be playing in this one so I can help people out with issues. I also will be looking very strictly that players are on AC the entire match and upload MOSS files with Anti Alias in game OFF (I would upload a tutorial video on all this soon)

I think you need to focus on one thing at a time truthfully. Lets get SND down, and then transition into something different.

This would just give players an opportunity to have their ACs and MOSS working better. Which in turn would help with snd. Because this first cup had a lot of issues with AC.

latspread i cant make it this weekend :/. If any teams willing to let me bench for the tourny i will. Depending how long it last might be able to play after work. If pG isnt playing

Rather 5v5 All the maps are big enough that anything less than 4 would be less skill used.

Honestly with the thousands of new maps CA has added I am not sure which maps are good CTF maps. Can someone put together a good list of CTF maps?

Maps that were considered for the CTF tourny back in CGL included:
-Power Surge
-Sand Hog
-Ghost Town
-Pump Jack
-Short Fuse
-Warhead
-Cold Seed
-Grey Hammer
-Snow Valley
I'm pretty sure that's all of them. Cold Seed is probably the best map for CTF hands down.
