Here, this can help u fix ur problem:
1. Click "Start" on the menu bar located at the bottom of your screen. 2. Click "Run" to open a dialog box. 3. Enter "cmd" into the box and click "OK" to open a command prompt. A new window will appear. 4. Take ownership of System32 files by entering the following the command: takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\en-US\<FILENAME> Replace <FILENAME> with the actual name of each individual file. For instance, if you choose to take ownership of the file aaclient.dll.mui, you would enter the command "takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\en-US\ aaclient.dll.mui". Repeat this command for each individual file you want to delete. This process does not delete the file -- it only gives you ownership of the file. 5. Run the Access Control List command for each file over which you take control. This will allow you to delete it by entering the following command: cacls C:\Windows\System32\en-US\<FILENAME> /G <USERNAME>:F
Replace <FILENAME> with the actual name of the each individual file and replace <USERNAME> with the account name that you use on your computer. For instance, if you want to obtain control of the file aaclient.dll.mui and your account name is ComputerBoy, you would enter the command "cacls C:\Windows\System32\en-US\aaclient.ddl.mui /G ComputerBoy:F." Repeat this command for each individual file you want to delete. 6. Close the command prompt. 7. Open Windows Explorer. 8. Click on the folder titled "C:" to reveal subfolders. 9. Click on the folder titled "Windows" to reveal more subfolders. 10. Scroll down and click on the folder titled "System32" to reveal the system subfolders. 11. Open the folder titled "en-US." This will reveal all of the files you want to delete. 12. Right-click on each file you choose to delete, one by one and select "Delete" to delete the file from your hard drive. 13. Restart your computer.
Make sure to thank me if this helped!!!!

What percent are you putting it at? And does it start and then stop? Or just not slow-motion any part of the clip?

Don't use twixtor. It only really works well if you have higher FPS clips. Tbh you can just use velocity or drag out clips and it'll look fine for CA.

Atocity was really good with twixtor, although there's not that much of it in this video..it really shows some nice transitions and effects you can use for CA edits.

I didn't see any twxitor in that video to be honest, I think he just used velocity for most of it.. ? Edit: Actually i don't even see velocity it looks normal speed throughout the video.

I don't use sony vegas, but on my old laptop I used sony vegas and the twixtor in it was terrible. Unless you have clips that are like 200 fps you aren't gonna get it as smooth as you want. If you use Adobe, then you can make anything smooth above 60 fps with the right settings.

I was looking through a bunch of his old video's and accidentally pasted the wrong one, i think it's called hiatus on his channel though.
